Hindustan Next Taste Cancellation & Refund Policy
We prepare every bakery item fresh with care. Please read our cancellation and refund policy before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of successful payment.
- Once the bakery has started preparing your order, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Customized cakes, designer cakes, photo cakes and special orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
2. Order Modification
Changes to flavour, weight, message, delivery time or delivery address can only be requested before preparation begins. Once production has started, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Order could not be delivered due to our operational issue.
- Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed.
4. Proof Required
Any complaint regarding damaged, incorrect or missing products must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
Without valid photographic proof, replacement or refund requests may not be accepted.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Order cancelled after preparation has started.
- Customized cakes and personalized products.
- Products consumed partially or completely.
- Customer provided incorrect delivery address or phone number.
- Customer was unavailable at the delivery location.
- Complaints made without proper proof.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, refuses to accept the order, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the order shall be treated as delivered and no refund will be applicable.
7. Replacement Policy
In verified cases of damaged or incorrect products, Hindustan Next Taste may choose to provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
