6. Fresh & Perishable Products

All bakery items are freshly prepared upon receiving your order. Since our products are perishable in nature, they should be consumed as soon as possible after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

7. Customized Orders

  • Customized cakes, theme cakes, photo cakes and special occasion orders are prepared exclusively for the customer.
  • Once a customized order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Please carefully verify the spelling, message, design and delivery details before confirming your order.

8. Product Images

Product photographs displayed on the website are for reference only. Actual decoration, colour, toppings and presentation may slightly vary depending on availability and handmade preparation.

9. Allergies & Ingredients
